Transfer from Lisbon, Oporto and Faro Airport for flights coming from the Schengen Area includes 1 hour of waiting time.
Transfer from Lisbon, Oporto and Faro Airport for flights coming from other regions includes 1 hour and a half of waiting time. –
Transfer to Lisbon Airport or from point A to point B includes 15 minutes waiting time.
Included in our transfers are 1 hold bag and 1 cabin bag per person. Extra luggage must be informed by the customer in order to adjust the type of vehicle to the requested service.
In case of loss of luggage or complaint, we reserve the right to charge extra hours whenever the above waiting times are exceeded.
Child chairs and / or seats are included in our transfers as long as these are expressly requested by the clients.
Special requests such as water and / or newspapers in the vehicles will be provided with extra costs previously agreed upon.
Meet and greet service is carried out by driver with name card. For special signs these must be supplied by the customer.
Flight delays and cancelled flights can be adjusted without cost as long as the airport information is clear and timely.
Cancellations can only be considered free of charge if carried out with a minimum of 12 hours.
For Transfers started between 22 PM and 07 AM we charge a 15% extra fee.
To the above prices, the VAT Tax is already included.
